Rates:

• Up to 35 guests: $990/night

• 36+ guests: $30/guest/night

  Applies to all rentals in all seasons

• RETURNING GROUP
  If returning in the next calendar year

  • 5% discount when you refer another group who books and pays

• MAXIMUM DISCOUNT
  Applies to all rentals

  • 25% off

OTHER FEES:

• Day Guests: $15/person

• Cleaning rate is $55/hr if we have to charge for additional cleaning

• Sound system rental is $80/day for our full system (please inquire)

• Use of new cabins will be charged $55/cabin/night

• Use of the RV sites will be charged at $15/RV/night

• SMALL GROUP DAY RENTAL

  • <10 people : $225 - Between 8am-6pm

  • >10 People: $22 per person

• Day and overnight personal retreats for pastors/vocational ministry: no charge

These rates are subject to availability with preference given to full rental bookings, and will be considered primarily during down season.

WEDDING rentals

Because the needs of a wedding booking are much more involved, there will now be a rate for wedding rentals.  It will be a flat rate of $2500.  There is no day option for wedding rentals, it will be booked from Friday-Sunday (or other 2-day block as requested).

Includes :

• Rental  from Friday 4:00 - Sunday 1:00, and all the guests the couple plans to invite (no additional charge per person). 

• Up to 2 tours/planning visits prior to the wedding date

• A consultation with their caterer if needed (phone or in person should they need to tour the facility).  

• Planning communications with the Rental Coordinator

• Access to all the buildings, grounds, and amenities that are included in regular rentals (chairs, tables, pews etc. included).

• Table and Chair Set Up Fee: $115

Please note:

• Weekend bookings are a 2-day minimum. This applies to high and low season. Weekend rentals will be booked Friday-Sunday (or the minimum rate for the second night will be charged if only staying one night). * Some exceptions may apply, please inquire.

• Rental rate increases will be evaluated each year. If there are changes, we will notify all booked groups by October 31 of the year before new rates will be applied.
  
  

Deposit policy

Deposit Amount

• The deposit is 40% of the minimum daily rate, multiplied by the number of booked days.

Returning Groups

• Returning groups with a deposit already on file are not required to top up their deposit. Deposit amounts will be reviewed every two years and adjusted if necessary.

When the Deposit Is Due

• The deposit is due once the Rental Application is approved in order to reserve your booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

In the event that ELBC must cancel a booking due to weather, renovations, etc., a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

High Season (June - September) Refund & Cancellation:

• If cancelled after September 1 of the year prior to the booking, 50% of the deposit is refundable.

• If cancelled on or after April 1, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Example:
  If the deposit for a June–September booking is $1,000:

  • Cancellation after September 1 results in a $500 refund.

  • Cancellation on or after April 1 results in no refund.

Low Season (October - May) Refund & Cancellation:

• If cancelled more than 3 months prior to the booking, 50% of the deposit is refundable.

• If cancelled within 30 days of the booking dates, the deposit is non-refundable.
